Oftentimes anxiety or past trauma feels like it keeps you stuck, shrinking your world because of the uncontrollable worry, fear or painful memories making it hard to fully engage in life. Relationships are plagued with past hurts and pain that you have trouble leaving in your past. Not to mention the overwhelming physical sensations, sleep difficulties and the feeling on edge when nothing seems wrong. I specialize in working with individuals around different types of trauma as well as anxiety, depression and ADHD find relief and gain a sense of peace and control within their lives.

My work integrates evidence-based techniques including EMDR, CBT and DBT. These approaches allow me to effectively support individuals in healing from past traumatic experiences, develop tools to manage anxiety and depression, break long-standing patterns and gain a deeper sense of self and meaning in their lives.

I firmly believes in the power of science and human connection to bring about transformation and change. In my practice, I bring warmth, a genuine desire to fully understand, and the occasional crack at humor. My approach to therapy is rooted strongly in developing a relationship that is judgement free and safe to really get down into the weeds of the work.
